If you consistently have problems viewing and saving your Tasks and if multiple reloads are needed, your web proxy might be blocking WebSocket connections.
WebSocket is a technology Ganttic uses for its real time data exchange. The web version of Gantttic runs best when your browser supports Websockets. You can check if WebSocket technology is supported by your browser here: https://websocketstest.com/
Please note that this is just a test, not necessarily a solution. If you get different responses you should talk to your IT department about proxy connections.
