Can anyone use the app?
This is a mobile companion app so in order to use it, please first open a Ganttic account.
Can I use SSO (Onelogin, SAML 2.0) to login?
At this point, you can only login via the email and password related to your Ganttic, Google, or Microsoft account.
Why can’t I sign in with my Microsoft account?

Why can’t I sign in with my Apple account?
To sign in with Apple, please ensure you've chosen to share your email with us. This is necessary to connect your account.
Can I invite users through the app?
New Users have to be invited through the web version. After they have accepted the invitation on the web they can start using the mobile app.
Do I have to pay for the app?
Nope! Ganttic Planner is completely free. Those with either a free or paid Ganttic account can use it. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
What key features are available in the mobile app?
- View and manage your resource schedule in a Gantt chart or as a daily agenda.
- Create, edit, and assign resources/tasks/projects on the go.
- Add and access notes for a better team collaboration.
Can I update my subscription from the app?
Updating account settings and billing information has to be done using the web version.
Will the app automatically sync changes to Ganttic’s web version?
Yes! All changes made in the app are reflected in real-time in the web version, and vice versa. If you do not see your updates immediately, please refresh by swiping left or right or going to another page.
Does the app support notifications?
Yes! Both resource and project based notifications must first be enabled from the web app. Once activated, you'll receive mobile alerts for assigned resources and project updates.
Can the app run in offline mode?
The app can be accessed offline for viewing purposes but you won’t be able to make changes.
How do I change a taskbar’s color?
To change a taskbar’s color, open the task and click on the color swatch in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Can I set dependences?
At this time, dependencies can only be viewed and added using the web version.
