The Project List in Ganttic mobile gives you quick access to all your active projects. You can browse the list, check project details, view a single project timeline, and create new projects directly from your device.
Must Know:
- Only users with appropriate access rights can add, modify, or delete Projects. If you need more permissions, please turn to your account Admin/Owner.
- Project information syncs in real-time with the Web App to ensure consistency across platforms.
- The Project List can be browsed offline, but you won’t be able to create or edit projects in offline mode
Adding, Viewing and Editing Projects
Open the Project List by tapping on the Projects icon in the bottom navigation bar. You'll see a complete list of active projects, along with their colors and key information, depending on your access level.

1. Create New Projects
Use the yellow + button at the bottom right to add new projects directly from the Projects List view.
NB! Project creation options depend on your access rights!

2. Viewing & Editing Project Details
Click on the project name to open its details. Change the details you need and Save with the checkmark button.
3. Single Project Gantt View
Tap the agenda icon on the right of a project name to open its Single Project Gantt View, showing only that project’s resources and the timeline from the first task or milestone to the last.
4. Search Projects
Use the search function from the ☰ General menu to quickly locate specific initiatives, tasks, or deliverables when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Filter Project Resources
a. When you’re in the Project Gantt view, open the menu ☰ in the top right corner and select the filtering option located under "Resources":
b. Choose what you want to display:

Unassigned – when you check the Unassigned option, Unassigned tasks/jobs will appear and will be included in your filtered Resource List.

All resources – displays every resource in the Resource List

Starred resources – shows only the resources you’ve marked with a star in the main Resource List.
- Filter by data – lets you refine the list based on specific criteria.
NB! Filtering options depend on the data fields configured in your account setup.
Filtering helps you focus on specific groups of resources, such as locations or teams.
Expand the “Filter by data” category and select the options you want to include.
After selecting your preferred filters, tap the checkmark (✓) in the top right corner to apply them.
6. Project Colors
Click the project color bubble in the project details to customize its color.
7. Delete option
To delete a project, open its details and then tap the ☰ main menu (top right) to access the Delete Project option.
8. Project Notes
The Project List displays a bubble icon with a number indicating how many Notes have been added to each Project.
Tap on the Project name and then the bubble icon next to the project name to read existing notes and add new ones.
NB! Project Notes can only be accessed by users with at least Read Project Data permissions. If you cannot view Project Notes, please contact your Admin/owner for appropriate permissions.
